Default Guys i'm dying
All day today I've had a pounding headache and general nausea. I don't feel sick but everyone hour or so I get these instead pains in my stomach and I have to throw up.

I haven't eaten anything all day and I feel hungry but I can't keep food down.

Would a peperoni pizza help my situation?

i had the 24 hour stomach flu where i puked my guts out every 15minutes on the hour. pepto bismol helped ffor maybe 30minutes per dose. marijuana kept me nauseau free for 4 hours
