Issue accessing Server

Hi all,
I downloaded the EQ Underfoot from Steam as per the instructions, I then followed all the steps and changes.

I can access the server selection page and even select some servers to play on (the hidden forest works great) but I am attempting to access the Project 1999 server as I have read its the closest to the original EQ from back in the day.

I select the Project 1999 server, select play and the screen goes black and just sits there and does nothing...any ideas?

Im running windows 7 64bit with an AMD Athlon IIx4 635 processor 2.90ghz

This server only supports the Titanium client, officially.
