Green and Blue servers missing, but Red shows

Hi all,

I'm new to the game - is my 3rd day of play. I had logged out of green for about 20 min for lunch. When I went to log back in, green was missing as a server option, although Red was showing. Not sure if this is normal and there is a trick to get them to come back, or if maybe the whole servers are down?

I am newly returned myself and fresh install of everything.
I get to server select and the window is blank - nothing to select, I see the window UI but no texts or names in side.

What do I need to do?

Retry a bunch of times (usually works), tether to your cell hotspot (almost always works), use a VPN temporarily (again, almost always but possibly $), or just wait for your ISP to figure out there's a routing issue and it'll magically start working again after a few days.
