ok, get the UI:
http://www.eqinterface.com/downloads...fo.php?id=4059
unzip it to new UI location (folder)...
Get spell icons:
http://www.eqinterface.com/downloads...nfo.php?id=490
unzip them and place them into the folder with your new UI. (the files, not the folder) so you'll end up with a folder that has a bunch of .xml/.tga files and the spell icons.tga files... this should work.

edit: no you're right, some are off. shadow compact should be a black heart that fades into red.
