Can't see the servers

Hello,

As the title says, I can't see the servers. I did everything in the FAQ but no luck. Weird thing to note is I saw them once and was able to make a character. I can still use the "quick connect" to get the server name but then it says it can't find the server

Got everything set like the FAQs said, but it seems I only see the servers the first time I launch the game. The 2nd+ time I launch, I can't see the servers.
