NPC Spawn Issue: Obretl

Obretl in sro isnt droping the charred bone chips. after 5 kills each time nothing

Camped him today, 3rd time he dropped em to me.

Fixed, pending update.

-Obretl will drop charred bone chips 100% of the time.
-Obretl will now have a pet.

By the way, while camping him, he spawned like 1/3 chance in the tower. Like each time the spawns were 1 mummy, 1 dry-bones, and then Obretl.

On Illia pages he's talked of being sick rare... Spawns too often, maybe?

I agree that he should be much more rare due to the spawn time of the spawn group and the fact that charred chips are dopping 100%. I nerfed the spawn rate a bit.
