I'm with you buddy. Tip culture is cancer. Shit, even places like Panera bread have tip lines on the receipts now. So I'm expected to tip cause you punched my order into a register? "They are providing you a service!" - I hate that argument. Almost EVERYONE is providing a service, yet society doesn't tip them. People don't tip their dentists, their nurses, electricians, Amazon delivery drivers. Just select industries like food? LOL. Fuck'em.

Porting on Red for FREE. Cause I'm a helpful fucker, and don't rely on tips to get by.

Not really. The only retirement in EQ is quitting, and you need 0 plat for that. You don't need to spend plat to continue "living" in-game, and you have no bills. All plat is discretionary income. Bad analogy.

I think this issue was resolved in the 'Dial A Raid' thread - where in we discovered that MQ loot rights cost lots of PP because PP is only used for consumables (such as peridots) ... casting aego on 50 characters and associated recharges every bat phones begins to add up!
