Currently the proc for Vampiric Embrace (VampiricEmbraceEffect) is using the calculation reported by Lucy.

I'm pretty sure the current calculation is accurate. The proc was never capped at 10 lol. It was always 72 at level 60.
You're also looking up the wrong spell effect...the effect is "VampEmbraceNecro"
