Lost particle spell effects

I just bought a new computer and copied my EQ install over. Took a while to get set up ( win eq wouldn't work for some reason ) but once I got in I have no spell effects, played with all the settings but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?

Figured it out, for some reason several folders didn't copy over, I cannot fathom why. Just had to put the folder back in...
