Quest Issue: Tinmizer's Fabulous Compactor

The quest Tinmizer's Fabulous Compactor does not appear to be implemented. This quest should be in-game as of June 2000, based on the page modification stamp on this Allakhazam snapshot.

Currently on Green, there does appear to be a spawn cycle w/ placeholder for Kozyn Gigglephizz as suggested in the snapshot comments, however, Kozyn won't respond to /hails.

A quick description of the compactor as a reward from the Scrap Metal quest - Jun 2000:

Occasionally you get a "Tinmeizer's Fabulous Compactor", which is a 4 slot container with a combine button. You can give this to Kozyn Gigglephizz, who wanders around Ak'Anon and he will give you a couple of gems as a reward.

There are already extensive changes to this coming in the next real patch. I don't believe there was a bug report I responded to, so currently my upcoming patch note simply reads:

Kozyn Gigglephizz's quest now exists.

While researching tinkering, a rabbit hole was formed that ended up adding a lot of missing content from dialogue to spawns, the renaming of Sanfyrd Montop to Featherhead in the early days, etc etc. Anyone that has the chance in the future should talk to Sanfyrd pre-Kunark era about this quest.
