It appears they fixed the bug where a fleeing, feared mob would turn for one round of attacks after fear breaks.

-Selo's chords of cessation doesn't do reduced dot damage when targets are mobile (this is a bug with denon's bereavement also). (Sorry Bards, I had to report this one).

i dont remember the jonathan's song line to require a target at all.. has always been self buff only, and u didnt need to target urself for it either..

It was changed to a self-only buff later in EQ's timeline, but it's going to be a targettable buff for a while.

According to http://crys.org/everquest/spells/bar...=50&maxrank=65, song of dawn should have this effect:

53 Song of Dawn Hate reducer (lower target's Hate for caster by 155)

But on p99 it can't lower hate to 0 and make a mob disengage, which seems wrong. Also:
