 |   I use hex bar too, that builds quads better anyway.  I’d start going up on that.  I honestly hate the leg press, I think it’s useless.  Maybe work on form with squats? Mead is probably the better person for this. Mead where u at bud

 |   Mass comes mainly from diet, second to that would be consistency with squats and making sure that you're getting within a few reps of failure on your working sets. Trap bar deads are a good movement, but tend to be more quad-dominant like Patriam said. You can adjust your body position and make it more of a hip hinge to get more hamstring involvement if you're after that. Deads in general aren't a huge mass builder, but there's something awesome about picking something heavy up off of the ground anyway | ||
