I just had a conversation with my friends over the weekend about this. We were over at Glen's garage making fun of his 1971 Dodge Challenger which he finally decided to start work on. That thing is so rusted out it's unbelievable. We're trying to tell him it's the fucking straight-six not the V8, just sell it! Even if you fix it up it's still not the V8 everyone wants. No, he loves it because he had a used one in high school. Sigh.

So anyway, between all the Coors Lite and the welding sparks going on, we're discussing court packing.

This is how the conversation went more or less:

Ed: We'll double the number of justices to 18 and appoint liberals to overwhelm the conservative majority.

Glen: When we get power back, we will expand the court to 90,000 justices, and every one will be a Scalia clone.

Ed: ...yeah well then we'll appoint a MILLION JUSTICES RIGHT BACK!!!

Glen: SIX MILLION!!!

Me: Is this because of the Holocaust?

Glen: Yup.

Me: Ha ha you're Jewish!

Glen: Get out of my garage!
