If you do, make sure they're using a different ISP. Or use a mobile hotspot or VPN. It's almost always a routing issue with your ISP.

It’s likely your ISP like it was for me. Downloading a free VPN for when this issue randomly pops up should solve it.

I have a work around. If I connect to the xfinity mobile hotspot on my modem I can connect just fine.
