I'm expecting monks to lose their Lost Circle robes once the official quest releases even if it can drop from Z and Q anyway after the fact

The brothers and quests are correctly in the game now, but Targin (incorrectly) isn't spawning yet, that's why everyone has to get them from the brothers currently.
