Screen Flicker - GTX 1060 6Gb

Hi all,

Got the urge to jump back in for a bit and everything is working fine on a new computer. Been on P1999 since 2011 (or maybe earlier, I don't remember).

However, when I try to run the game in full screen, it flickers (the UI does not flicker). When I run in windowed at same resolution & settings, it does not flicker.

Can anyone tell me how to fix the full screen flicker, or at least tell me how to run full screen but in windowed mode?

Not sure how, but I got the flicker to go. I messed with nVidia control panel.

However, now the screen shakes ever so slightly, left-to-right.

When I messed with AA options I had the flicker. So I made everything default in Nvidia control for eq and it went away.

I switched EQ from my graphics card back to integrated graphics, and the flicker went away.
