Kaladim Citizen faction Dwarves (they are the only Dwarves on this faction, so it won't harm your ability to go to Kaladim, and they do not aggro guards or other Dwarves) should be mentioned for 40 through like 45/46 as well. If you want to do the quicker respawn time ones on the BB shore, you'll need some way to split the two spawn in one of the huts, but otherwise it's great EXP and cash. 4 single spawns at the docks as well, although those are 22 minute spawns. If you don't care about Kaladim faction itself, you can supplement with the relatively quick respawn Dwarf fishermen (2 at docks, 1 at shore).

These are popular choices for Wizard and Druid quad kiting though, so may be camped quite frequently.

Yeah, I mean I can log on my tank and go to Guk or whatever and get great ZEM except you know, I'm the tank so it's tiring after a couple of hours. I'm always mashing shit and trying to keep stuff aggro and everything else a good tank has to do, it's very very active and after a while it can get tiring. And you're confined to the group's pace, if you want to take 10 mins off because you have to glue back your rearview mirror on your 1999 Jeep Wrangler, you gonna wait for that.

Or I can log in somewhere in South Karana and stare down a gnoll with no one else around and take it easy. I'll make 1/4 the experience, but you know, like Tecmos said there's more to the game than that, at least for me.
