Spells: Charisma buff overwriting brilliance?

Brilliance doesn't give a charisma boost. it boosts int and wisdom.

This is not accurate and they are two different lines of spells. and should stack.

Just noticed this today. This has never been the case. They are different lines and should be stacking but CHA buff will block Brillance and over it.

Rampage and Radiant Visage also overwrite one-another.

There are some serious stacking issues.

Havent seen this been using them together for a few levels now.

Last patch seems to have fixed it. I stopped trying to stack them due to the issue, but works fine now.

Radiant and Rampage never had a issue stacking for me. Just Brilliance and Radiant which still dont stack.
