Account creation
How do I create account for p1999? I downloaded Titanium, unzipped the p1999 patch into the titanium install... tried running the titanium and it told me can't find eq exe file so I used a solution given on the forum by adding patchme on the exgame exe. running as administrator etc etc... but now I cant create an account it send me to sony when I try create.

You need to create an account using the account creation tool that is part of the forum here. The link above should do it. You will have to provide a username and password and a phone number for account retrieval (in case something happens).
