Troubleshooting my EQ stream with OBS

I've poked around online and posted this questions on the OBS forums but still can't figure out why OBS won't show EQ -- all I get is a blank window. If I switch to something else (another game) the capture shows up, just not my EQ window. These are two stream setups, one WoW and the blank one is EQ, any suggestions for veteran users of the program with EQ on what I could try to get it to show for streaming?

Try a window capture instead of a game capture.

I had to do a "Window Capture" instead of a "Game Capture".
