Cant find EQgame.exe

Its weird 50% of the time I go to launch now It says it can't find EQGAME.EXE. Ive only been playing like two weeks and this error has only started last cpl days. I installed the new patch updates. Even did a new fresh reinstall. Am I missing something?

You're launching with the bat file correct?
start eqgame patchme

And it's in the base eq titanium install directory?

you're not trying to run as "administrator" are you ? (Right click on shortcut and select "Run as Administrator" ) . This is the same error that comes up.
