Miscellaneous: Boats not running

Boats to and from TD seem to be down. Haven't checked any others but the boat to/from outpost wasn't seen for a couple hours and when I got fed up with that I sat at the docks in Oasis for nearly an hour and never saw the raft to/from TD.

Bloated belly kept stopping in random places before earthquake. This morning i didn't see it at docks in OT at all (maybe i missed it or wasn't there long enough).

FWIW Barrel Barge is sailing again since the server reset.
