Don't bother farming those weapons for rogue epic, it drops every time off one of your fights in steamfont - the jewled dagger or w/e it was again. Just farm the robes and I doubt the book in hate is there yet.

Charm and Sacrifice for Enchanter Epic. It's a ground spawn book on a table on the PoSky quest isle. I believe it's a 24-hour spawn too so best to get it early.

I have one in the bank, so...

Edit: I can't say with 100% certainty it's STILL spawning there, but I'm rather confident that it is.

Don't believe Hand of the Maestro is in the game yet. Not sure about Block of Permafrost either. The others are in-game.
