Or at least add the current blue name database to the green name database if it's not possible.

On the one hand, cross-referencing the name database simplifies a potential server merge later on.

On the other hand, why should a player be unable to pick a name simply because it's occupied by some guy on a different server who quit in 2013?

I don't plan to play on Green but if I can ruin other people's enjoyment by stealing their names I'll have considered Green a rousing success!
