Question EQ Game's color seems washed out

Ok so, upon launching the actual game itself (the loading screen / character select, havent tested the login panel yet), not only is the game in windowed mode while the loading screen is in fullscreen
the colors of not only the game, but also my desktop seem VERY washed out.
What I mean by this is that if EQ were a photo / image file, it looks like someone turned down the saturation so things are less vivid and bright, and more leaning towards grayscale.

There is a gamma/contrast that is applied to the monitor when EQ is launched. Or atleast it does on my computer, not sure if it happens on all setups. Even if I tab out of EQ, its got a much brighter/washed out tint on any program on the screen.

Ive fixed it (mostly) by changing the Gamma setting in the eqclient.ini file

In the main EQ directory, open up eqclient.ini (its a text file)

Look for Gamma=XX (It might be set to 8+). I changed mine to Gamma=4

Save and load the client
