Lol, reminds me of the healthcare debate and people angry that it won't change to make better sense. The majority of Americans eat that McMaking it Great Again.

Maybe we don't want to see ourselves for what we are, fair enough. The small percentage of well off people having $100-$300 lunches are what typically is represented as dignified image. It is, if you can afford it.

TFW your co-workers look at you because you spent $10 on lunch... Big Shot.

It’s the juxtaposition of White House opulence and the staple diet of our nation’s poorest that makes the image so jarring to look at. That food cost a good bit of money which could have been spent on... literally anything else less embarrassing.

Piles of 27 x $4 sandwiches. Those salads are $5-6. Basically, every pile cost over $100. How much food can you get for $1000 with catering?

The terrible thing is, it’s a nice gesture particularly since the man paid for it himself. Just seems like everything he touches turns to lead, which would explain a few things about him.

Part of the immigration test is to see if you can eat a McDouble in one bite

Lady just walked past me carrying a Mega Man frozen lunch, in the 3rd largest building in our downtown area. Probably a $5 meal.

To hell with this.

What did you have in mind that would be less embarrassing.

That's fine american-made food and I don't really understand the problem with it. Although I prefer the biscuit with egg and bacon, and the McMuffin with no cheese

Nothing fine about eating processed cardboard. The stomach cramps and gas after eating it is unpleasant to say the least.

If you like it, cool. You do you. Just pointing it out and now I'm curious what Cecily is eating today.

Would you rather these sports blacks go hungry because of the Democrats? That would be a disgrace
if my legs could be jerked any harder I would be asking for universal healthcare.

We agree on some level. Your chik-fil-a joke was pretty funny. But in all honesty, this nonsense isn’t worth getting bothered about. I am sad things like this are normal these days.

Regarding my diet today:

Breakfast- 5oz French vanilla yogurt.
Lunch- Rice and chicken with an apple.
Dinner- Not sure. Probably make mashed potatoes and something else.
