Yeah man pick pocket with just sneak. Even if a mob is KOS it wont attack if you're sneaking. Unless you get caught picking pockets then they tattle to everyone around that you're a thief and start smacking you around.

Pretty sure if you try it with hide it drops both sneak and hide.

What do you need from the dwarf rogues anyways? Far as I remember you only need to pick pocket one of them for the epic which you can do easily just using sneak if youre KoS (at least I think, dont remember if theres other mobs right by him).

The rogues are also right outside of the bank so having your faction trashed from killing Sol A gnomes makes it very very difficult to bank in Kaladim.
