error in your GUI XML files

Have P99 working on one PC but that PC is going away so I need to install this on an upgraded PC (windows 10 x64 dual monitor). Whenever I run the launcher I get the error in your GUI XML files (i've installed now several times and confirmed that the files are actually there). Not sure where to go from here.

You can copy your P99 folder from your old computer to your new computer
