HALP! Windows cant find "eqgame" all of a sudden. Firewall off.

This happened the first time I attempted to load "launch titanium". I turned off firewall. And the problem went away.

The firewall is still disabled and the problem has returned.

Whats going on??

man this is finicky.. I made a shortcut of it "launch titanium" and it worked?? can anyone explain why this is happening?
