Kael level requierment?

Hey guys,

I wanted to bring a new toon into Kael the other night and when I came to the entrance, I got ported away and received a message that I was too low to get in the zone (similar to the PoP messages).

I was wondering is there a minimum level required to enter Kael? Or is it from my end, maybe a wrong zone file?

Level 5. Bunches of zones have this, some kind of... spam or train protection i don't know i didn't put it in

Was a problem a few years ago with hackers making invulnerable level 1 characters and training people all over the place. Especially anyone streaming. They would find a streamer and bring their groups massive trains.

They would just make a new account anytime they got banned. So the fix was to restrict zones to level 5
