Leadership in AW has already taken the correct actions and gotten the typical BS from Detoxx. Trying to strong arm the competition when reasonable offers have been made is just crazy.

1. You already looted half the loot;
2. It is not written in the rules that you are forced to take a concession. It was before but it no longer is.
3. Your leadership started down this path by not taking 2 dozekars when we made a mistake and deciding you wanted 2 dozekars and a ruby tear.
4. Your leadership also started this when they decided they wanted to end our nearly 2 month of no petitions over a Koi because we failed a pull and their tracker got trained.
5. Your leadership also tried to, and successfully held a suspension over our heads when we accidentally killed an ikatiar that was the second of 2 we conceded. I believe you demanded a Statue, KT and Vulak out of that and got it.

Sounds like you're reaping what you sow. Also sounds like you need new leadership considering the terrible precedents they set then cry and ghost when shot doesn't go their way.

You would think from the tone of the OP that any kind of loot or mob concession wouldn't be given at all.

As for the offer, I think a few months ago it was agreed between A/A that if the offending guild did something like this and still killed the mob even though they were showed the proof, that loot wasn't enough. The next 4 of that mob is the going rate.

I was hoping that the following factors would create some RNF drama from AW today. It has not disappointed thus far...

-Coming off a 30 day
-Getting swept (like actually swept, 0 for whatever, except for a train/snipe Vulak) in ToV this week
-Impending 40 day

More amazed that when I was watching the Wyvern train video that the next suggested youtube for me was about a lady in Florida who has a pet alligator named Rambo who wears clothes and rides an ATV.

So to answer your first question: no, Awakened members have never been individually suspended for wyvern trains. In the link I provided, Kluwen complains that Ghuol and Breaken did it in the past too, but we conceded when that happened.

I don't remember AW conceding the time I pulled Lady M and had to voiddance through wyverns at the north door that were trained on me by AW but this was months ago at this point so i'll take your word for it.

I honestly thought we were passed the wyvern shenanigans but apparently not. I'll just be taking precautions to make sure that wyverns aren't going to be an issue whenever I pull from now on. Seems like the better solution than to have this back and forth continue to happen.

it's not written in stone, but the standard offer is next 2 spawns of the mob. it was offered to detoxx and refused. detoxx did not clarify what he was seeking in concession.
