I think you misunderstood my post. The object being sold would be the triggered General V'ghera spawn itself. I know General V'ghera despawns when you turn in Stanos' head and the seller would not be able to continue on to complete a rogue epic with a pouch drop from that General V'ghera. It would not be an exaggeration to say I've done this hundreds of times over the years.

Was walking through Kithicor a week ago and General was up with nobody else in zone. Make a few level 60 friends and just plant a low level ranger tracker there and you might be able to save yourself 30k.

Only due to how easy it is to obtain, Shaman's arn't much better
