Since I've been working 60+ hr weeks all this month AFTER relocating to a new city I have found myself toking a bit of cannabis each night for some rapid chill time. So far this hasn't interfered with my exercise regimen and I'm very glad to have a little nug around!

Back on the topic of GAINS
I ate 4 cinammon rolls over a cup of yogurt and 3 eggs this morning for breakfast. Since I don't have a large intestine, my doctors advise I eat large quantities of highly refined carbohydrates. >: ) | ||

It's debatable if Pot mildly decreases testosterone, mildly increases it, or does nothing. I think that shit might all be person to person / situational shit myself.. If you express your anger outwardly...more testosterone less cortisol. Just one example of how pot may change your testosterone indirectly. Maybe you have more of a "fuck it" attitude and yell at people that piss you off directly...or maybe you get more victim like and sulk off. It depends on a shitload of factors... Note: obviously if you take steroids your not going to have testosterone problems from pot.. Keep in mind for this whole enhanced recovery thing: Pot can be a bit of an emotional see-saw. So yea you are really chill at night and recovering well....but then you might wake up crabby irritable and have more tense mornings regularly. A lot of times they don't recommend pot for anxiety because of this...sure you'll chill out...until you come down and have a panic attack about something you forgot. One thing is for sure though. Plenty of huge guys smoke a lot of pot. And they didn't get that huge from sitting on their ass eating junk. | |||
