I mean, let's be honest, we're all masochists of one stripe or another here. Embrace the grind.

Only with different numerical values. There are easier ways to get FT1.

Totally not worth it, FT1 overrated , way too long and difficult of a quest and doesnt even have decent stats in the end

True, although the shawl could be a better option in some cases for a couple reasons: class, and preferred playstyle. If you're a hybrid, Choker of the Wretched isn't an option. If you're guildless, poor, and have a ton of time to spare, the grind might not seem all that bad - perhaps even enjoyable if you're into that kind of thing. So while I agree that the Choker is objectively easier to obtain, die-hard grinders might still prefer the long and arduous path. And on the note of playstyle, I'd rather subject myself to another shawl quest than endure any amount of A/A green text, which is something you're going to have to endure if you want a realistic shot at CT/ToV loot on a regular basis.

If FT stacks maybe I'll do the choker and the shawl. I can quit my job and become a full time p99 grinder

It wouldn't stack in that instance since both are FT1. FT1 will stack with FT2/FT3/FT5.
