I find it really disingenuous when people post auctions for these items with the stats tacked on and not telling people that it's going to be nerfed or giving an idea for when the nerf will take place.
The devs have already found and posted evidence that these were nerfed. So if you buy this, buy this knowing that you'll have maybe 2 months to use it before the regen effect is removed.

I believe it is the burden of the purchaser to research their lewtz before dropping thousands of plat on an item. Newbs make newb mistakes and then you learn. Yup the robe gets nerfed - 100% for sure. Do we know when? Absolutely not. It could be in less then 3 weeks or sometime during mid Velious. Unless you can quote a dev's post saying when they plan to nerf it - we have no clue.
