I got a response within 2 minutes actually. He said to make a post on the Petition/Bugs Forum. I assumed using /petition in game was still used like before but I guess not. Don't know what's hard to believe about a GM talking to someone who petitions. I don't remember the GMs name but if they are reading this then perhaps he can make himself known. Whatever, you're obviously not anyone whose opinions I care about anyway. So, believe what you like.
