Those vendors are greedy anyway, don't bother.

The vendors in OT are all greedy, so it's not worthwhile to sell to them anyway or you'll lose half your profit. If you desperately need a vendor in OT, sell to this iksar https://wiki.project1999.com/Klok_G%60rshai but she's also flagged as greedy.

Yes i'm using a wind instrument it still only takes me up one level. I had another Wood Elf bard test it with the dark elf mask and he said they were still scowling. What is your deity?

I'm not trying to get faction to bank as you don't need faction to bank. I'm trying to get faction to use the vendors.

Half Elf - Agnostic - can bank and vendor, but never vendor there

I've killed Toko Binlittle before and I'm pretty sure it only gave me two factions: -Pirates of Gunthak, and + FV. Are there others that give outpost / VS faction?

There's a merchant near the Warslik Woods zoneline that you should ne able to use. I don't think she is on any faction. Although this won't solve your problem if you need to buy something specific. I'd just ask someone in ooc to buy whatever you need for you.

The bard I had test it was of Bristlebane deity so maybe that had something to do with it. I'll work on farming the mask then. Thanks.

Also i'm not wanting to sell stuff to the vendors for profit. I'm wanting to be able to use the vendors for recharging.

then you will be paying more than double the cost of recharge (sell for 50% less, buy for double), and it's entirely possible you won't find an empty one. This honestly just sounds like a lot of work for something that's going to be detrimental to you. Can't you just bardspeed run to FV?

Port to Rivervale, recharge there, OT hammer or have a wizard TL you to bind.
