Rogean brought it down to try and fix the issue where certain zones were down and not rebooting. It's back up now (with a full server repop for the 2nd time this weekend!).

They are migrating more data to Daybreak servers. They did some last week but it was taking too long so they are doing more this weekend. There will probably be 2-3 more outages soon as they move the rest of the character and item info.
