Game Mechanics: kaesora spiders

i've been killing these solo on my 42 sk.
the cure poison potion they drop - clears the status from the buff/debuff list but doesn't actually remove the poison (i still end up taking damage)
also, when these things flee, they dissapear- warp through walls and reappear moments later, this could potentially cause unwanted aggro (hasn't for me, thankfully [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.])
