Quest Issue: Rat Fur Cap

I have twice attempted to get a Rat Fur Cap from Menkes Tabolet in South Qeynos. I give him two unstacked pieces of rat fur and three gold pieces and receive nothing in return. No dialog or anything to show he acknowledged my items.

I apologize if this has already been brought up. A search of the forum with the keyword 'rat' yielded no results.

I rewrote Menkes quests for another bug report, which should solve whatever was wrong with this one as well.
