Do I need a Titanium CD copy to play p99 or can I download EQ from daybreak site and play after editing the needed edits?

are you referring to TPB? is there a site I can just buy titanium and download it then not update?

once you get titanium you install it and do not update it, yes.

Edit:nobody would recommend you do anything illegal here.

No, there is not (or at least not that I have ever heard of). TPB is your best bet. The only things you could worry about are legal trouble and viruses, but neither Daybreak nor any other company is going after torrent-ers, and you can use an anti-virus program to make sure the download is your safe.

If you truly want to be safe you can buy Titanium, but it will set you back about $100 on Ebay, for no actual benefit.
