Announced moving of mobs to zoneout in a raid zone, in order to kill a raid mob as per server standard, being troublesome for people AFKing in the middle of the highway (not currently locked into an FTE) at the only viable place to zone out.

VS

Intentionally training a raid mob to zoneout with no intention of killing it (stalling), griefing raiders as well as innocent bystanders going about their usual business in a non raid zone.

One yielded a suspension. I wonder if the other one will with the fair and diligent GM's on this server.
