New clues: Found in an outdoor zone, a well populated one.

Old clue reminders: Male, drops an item new players will still like, fat cats dont tend to camp him as hard anymore.

No, but he is pre-Kunark. Can anyone think of a line of 5/6ish mobs anywhere? To get to him a group needs to get through them.
