wow, good riddle. You said he brings life to a otherwise dead area....so to speak.

I thought Greenblade who is the only jester who runs back and forth, comically, and people chase him through that tunnel all the time.

My next attempt WAS going to look at wiki but....lol I guess not.

More clues: His name is offensive in a foreign language (probably not intentionally). He does have an allakhazam page with comments on it. He's on a faction that's fairly easily repairable if you wrecked it. You might catch him sitting, but most will see him running.
