Default Issue with MacOS Sierra Wine: No Character Model

Hello everyone,

I am new to all of this, but I just installed P1999 onto my Mac with wine.

I am using Winskin 2.6.2 and WS9Wine1.9.15.
I have disabled vertex shadowing as well as pixel shadwoing, ad tried disabling GSLS.

I have looked around but cant seem to find an answer to my problem- trying to get character models to show up.

I have even gone through the options and enabled every character model on the game.

No such luck.

Please let me know what I can do to fix this!

Did you disable vertex shaders in the actual eqclient.ini? Try setting all of these to 0/FALSE:

VertexShaders
20PixelShaders
14PixelShaders
1xPixelShaders
UseLitBatches

Yes, I have them all set to

=FALSE

Should it be
=0/FALSE?

No, either 0 or FALSE is the same value. That is what usually fixes it for people. Have you tried different wine engine versions? Are you also positive that your ini file saved and that you were actually using a different engine version, if you were?

only thing I set to FALSE is vertexshaders, other things can be left at TRUE and I see all the things.
