Upper Guk To Lower Guk - You are not yet experienced enough to pass through interplan

Not experienced engouh to pass through inter - planar zoning

My char is only lvl 4 trying to load into lguk, but guk isn't a plane so this must be a bug.

Gotta be level 5 I think. They put the limit in to prevent level 1 hackers from training people.
