Any suggestions on where I can go(quests or otherwise) for equipment?

Hey all. Currently a lvl 12 Half Elf Bard named Troglodytarum. I am being reminded quick how important weapons and equipment is by all the twinks around! I would like to catch up quick however. Any suggestions on what I can do to 'catch up'? I've been looking around for quests (specifically for 1HS, but no luck).

Can anyone direct me to some possible efficient way to itemize up? Possibly a 1hs tier list so I can have somewhere to set my sights and goals?

Thanks! My current plan is to just get lvl 18 and start kiting things in fields because that seems to be a way to not rely on armor or weapons.

Also, speaking of fields, any zones where I can focus on kite farming and possibly get some rare loot?

The easiest way to get decent gear is to just farm valuable stuff appropriate to your level and buy in EC. For you that could we wisps. There is that lightstone and greater lightstone quest at north karana gypsies where you can get xp and a nice sellable item for your lightstones, worth much more than the lightstones themselves. So collect them like crazy (in WC for example or directly in NK) and then do that. Can easily make a few hundred plat that way until they all turn green. You WILL need a magic weapon to hit em though... mage summoned one will do if you dont have anything.

Once you get to level 18, A good cash camp would be the Orcs in High Hold Pass off of Kithicor Forest. You would need a group at that level, so be sure to make sure to have one before you go there or /who all highpass, to locate people already there grouping. If there is a high level taking that camp, ask to take the non-named orcs for experience and orc scalps.

The orcs drop orc scalps which sell for 10p each to players. The named drops a Shiny Brass Idol which high level players pay anywhere between 600p to 1000p for. And a weight reduction bag (25%) that holds giant items worth 125p.

As a sugestion park the bard roll a druid level it for a month port for 3 then go gear shopping

At lvl 12 the bandit sisters in Lfay should be killable. They drop weaps that vendor in zone for 3-5pp each. It adds up surprisingly quick.
