From my experience, bitching at people who aren't being paid for a thankless job is never going to get you anywhere and they will be quick to punish.

While I don't agree with how you were treated some of your comments danced on the line of being rude.

I have reported a bug and then Uthgaard closed the thread and pretty much said it is functioning as it should even when myself and pretty much every other snare class knows snare is broken and we have a good idea why it is broken. The GMs are either unable or unwilling to fix it. It is annoying but I play for free on their server so I live without being able to snare on my shaman.
