Torrent of Poison (Good) quest bugged?

Have done roughly 25 turn-ins of the Good (Firiona Vie) Shaman spells, and have received the same 3 spells seven or eight times each, with no Torrent of Poison.

Could just be unfortunate RNG, but can anyone confirm they have done the Good turn-in and received Torrent of Poison from the Barbarians in Firiona Vie?

I did about 20 turn ins and never got shadoo. Then went to turn in three and got three shadoos. Seems RNG got you.
