What was the Ring War agreement again?

The agreement is basically:
When Badain spawns on your turn, you have up to 24-hours to start your war. After that it is up for anyone to turn in. If you miss your turn that still counts as your turn in the rotation.
Guilds will provide the rough spawn time to the next guild in the rotation, so that they have a rough idea of when he will spawn so they can plan accordingly.

What time did Sentry Badain spawn, one might ask? Well it was at 250am EST Saturday Morning.

Let's do some math real quick...

250am est on 10/8 + 24 hours = 250am EST on 10/9. Ring War was started at 330pm EST on 10/9.

Spin harder.

They know what they agreed to as part of the rotation. They are trying to deflect. VP was up 24hours anyway, was FFA.

VP had no 24 hour agreement. Also, I checked VP at 4am this morning. It was not up.
